Brrr! 🥶On January 21, 2025, Southern Louisiana aka Cajun Country experienced its largest snowfall since 1865—a truly historic and awe-inspiring event. I personally measured an incredible 11 inches of snow, something I never thought I’d witness in Cajun Country! This rare blessing from God brought the entire state to a joyful standstill, as people of all ages came together to embrace the wonder of the moment.
For me, it was a dream come true. I’ve always longed to make snow angels, but I never imagined it would actually happen here. The snow lingered for three magical days, filling the air with laughter and creating memories that will last a lifetime. Both children and adults reveled in the surreal beauty of it all, their joy almost tangible. It’s a moment I’ll treasure forever—a beautiful reminder that life’s most unexpected surprises can bring the greatest happiness.
